The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0032/2019 under Sections 323/354/509/34 of the IPC registered with PS Laxmi Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 2.

The FIR in question was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent nos.2 and 3 (Ashish Kapoor) are present in the Court and state that they have settled their disputes with the petitioner and have no further grievance against them. They have further joined the petitioners in praying that FIR in question be quashed. The petitioners are present in the Court and are identified by their counsel.

They state that they have resolved their disputes with the respondents in terms of a Settlement Deed executed on 11.07.2019. Respondent nos.2 and 3 are identified by the Investigating Officer.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and FIR No.0032/2019 under

Sections 323/354/509/34 of the IPC registered with PS Laxmi Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 4.
