The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed to impugn the order dated 12.03.2024 passed by learned District Judge, Commercial Court-04, Central, Tis Hazari, Delhi in CS(COMM) 1569/2022 titled as ―M/s ABC International vs. Dinesh Maheshwari (since deceased) through LRs Mayur Maheshwari Prop. of M/s Ashish Bag House‖ wherein the application moved on behalf of the petitioner under Order VI Rule 17 CPC has been dismissed.
