In view of the Settlement Agreement dated 19th December, 2023, the instant appeal stands disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 19th December, 2023 as nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant appeal and the parties are also directed to abide by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated 19th December, 2023. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of. RFA 285/2020, CM APPL. 30322/2020 & CM APPL. 31874/2024 In view of the order passed in CM APPL. 31873/2024, the instant appeal stands disposed of as nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant appeal.
