Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the impugned order dated 09.04.2024, the learned Trial Court has already disposed of the entire suit and the decree has been passed on 26.09.2024. 2.

She submits that therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. She also submits that she has already filed appeal and the order, which was impugned herein, has been challenged in such appeal also. 3.

In view of the above statement and development, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
