The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties are again in negotiation and pursuant thereto, a joint application seeking divorce by mutual consent in the second motion has since been filed which is likely to come up for hearing in the next week. 2.

Based on the aforesaid developments, as requested, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case the parties are not able to settle their disputes.
