The present petition under Sections 10 & 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "(i) proceedings against the contemnor herein for willfully disobeying the order dated 23.05 .2023, passed by this Hon'ble Court in C. R .P . NO .56/2022 , titled as " Mrs . Shobha Jain & Anr . VS . Arumugam Kolandivel" whereby the contemnor has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the petitioner within 8 weeks from the date of order .

(ii) Pass any other or further order which this Hon 'ble Court may (ii) deem, fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner. There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing as well, i.e., 07.05.2025. 4.
