The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 18th August, 2023, passed in W.P.(C) No. 10933/2023, wherein, there was a direction to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass a speaking order expeditiously, within a period of eight weeks from the date of the said order.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that despite the aforesaid order, the representation of the petitioners, has still not been decided.
