The present petition has been filed under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of sole Arbitrator.

Vide order dated 12.10.2021, the matter was referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for making an effort to amicably resolve their disputes.

Today, learned counsel for parties have jointly submitted that parties have amicably settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation ARB.P.1020/2021

and Conciliation Centre in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 13.01.2022. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in terms of aforesaid settlement, the present petition be disposed of. 5.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent submits that the respondents undertake to abide by the terms of aforesaid Settlement Agreement dated 13.01.2022.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 13.01.2022.

Needless to say, parties shall be bound by the terms of aforesaid Settlement Agreement.
