The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 17th February, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 2102/2023, wherein, the following directions, had been issued:

In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to decide the application of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within three months from today. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that despite the aforesaid directions, the application of the petitioner, has still not been decided.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that a new incumbent has joined as SDM, Kanjhawala. He further submits that the application of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of eight weeks. 7.
The aforesaid statement made by learned counsel appearing for the respondent is taken on record, and the respondent is held bound by the same. 8.
Accordingly, it is directed that the application of the petitioner shall be decided by SDM, Kanjhawala, within a period of eight weeks from today. 9.
With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of. 10.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the present petition, in case the grievance of the petitioner, still survives.
