The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the judgment dated 31st January, 2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 14907/2023, wherein, the following directions had been issued:

10. Noting the said submission, the petition is disposed of directing the respondents to examine the scar of the petitioner on the left forearm once again and if the petitioner is found eligible for appointment they shall take action in accordance with the rules and regulations, within four weeks from today as an outer limit. xxx xxx xxx"

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in terms of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 03/06/2024 at 11:41:32
the judgment dated 31st January, 2024, the scar of the petitioner, has already been examined.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

She submits, on instructions, that the needful in terms of the judgment dated 31st January, 2024, shall be done within a period of six to eight weeks. 5.
The aforesaid statement made by learned counsel appearing for the respondent is taken on record, and the respondents are held bound by the same.

Accordingly, it is directed that in case the petitioner is found eligible for appointment, appropriate action shall be taken in accordance with the Rules and Regulations, within a period of eight weeks from today. 7.
Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the present petition, in case the grievance of the petitioner still remains. 9.
