O R D E R

1.

The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 14th February, 2024, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 14487/2023, and other connected matters. 2.

By way of the aforesaid order, following directions were passed: "xxx xxx xxx

2. We direct that the petitioners shall be re-examined by the Medical Board of the respondents within two weeks and if the petitioners are found fit upon re-examination, further action shall be taken in accordance with rules and subject to the availability of the vacancies, within two weeks thereafter.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order dated 14th February, 2024, the scar of the petitioner has already been examined.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

He submits, on instruction, that the needful in terms of the order dated 14th February, 2024, shall be done within a period of six to eight weeks. 6.

This Court notes that a similar petition being CONT.CAS(C) No. th 891/2024 was decided vide order dated 27 May, 2024, wherein, the following directions were issued.

The aforesaid statement made by learned counsel appearing for the respondent is taken on record and the respondents are held bound by the same.

Accordingly, it is directed that in case the petitioner is found eligible for appointment, appropriate action shall be taken in accordance with the Rules and Regulations, within a period of eight weeks from today.

Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the present petition, in case the grievance of the petitioner still remains. xxx xxx xxx"
