The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of the appellate remedies under Rule 22(3)(4) of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents & Senior Citizens Rules, 2009.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4.

It is clarified that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the same would be entertained by the Appellate Authority uninfluenced by the question of delay.
