Petitioner, inter alia, seeks a direction to learned National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) to adjudicate his IA No. 4690/2024 filed under Order XI Rule 1 and IA No. 3409/2024 under Section 60(5) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 expeditiously, preferably within a time-bound manner.

Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice. 3.

The Constitutional Courts do not pass any such time-bound directions unless it is a case of acute exigency or extreme hardship. No such situation seems to exist herein.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.

However, petitioner is always at liberty to move appropriate application in this regard before the learned Tribunal. 6.
