relevant paragraphs of the same, read as under: "11. For the said purpose the Respondent may make a proper copy of the data from the mobile phones on a CD/Pen Drive and a hash value may be added to preserve the integrity of the data. The said data can then be furnished at the appropriate stage to the concerned Court or in the show cause proceedings, in accordance with law.

12. In order to obviate any objections on behalf of the Petitioners in respect of the data which is copied, the Petitioners may appear before the Respondent and the data may be verified when the same is copied, if they so choose to do. Thereafter, the electronic devices may be returned to the Petitioners."

Counsel for petitioner points out that despite submitting representation dated 2nd April 2025, asking for a date where the petitioner can visit and collect the electronic devices, there has been no response. 3.

Mr. Anurag Ojha, SSC appears on behalf of respondent and states on instructions that the petitioner may visit Mr. Adesh Nayak, Senior Intelligence Officer, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B-3 & 4, 6th floor, Pt. Deendayal Antyodaya Bhawan, CGO Complex, New Delhi-110003, tomorrow, i.e. on 22nd May 2025 at 11:00 A.M. and the compliance shall be duly made.

Considering this undertaking, the petitions are disposed of with liberty to petitioner to revive the same, in case there is a continued infraction. 5.

If, for any reason there is any laxity in compliance, it is made clear, that the proceedings will be initiated against the concerned officer. 6.
