The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0014/2019 under Sections 323/308/509/34 IPC, registered with PS Laxmi Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 2.

The FIR in question was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent nos.2 and 3 are present in the Court. They are identified by the Investigation Officer. They state that they have settled their disputes with the petitioner and have no further grievance against him. They further join the petitioner in praying that the FIR in question be quashed. 3.

The petitioner is present in the Court and is identified by his counsel. He states that he has resolved the disputes with the respondents in terms of a Settlement Deed executed on 11.07.2019.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the FIR No.0014/2019 under

Sections 323/308/509/34 IPC, registered with PS Laxmi Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 5.
