Sh. Amarjeet Singh Sahni, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a development in the matter as the parties have reached amicable settlement. He, however, submits that some action has to be taken by the respective parties in terms of the settlement and, therefore, at the moment, the petitioner is not desirous of pursuing with her present petition. He, however, submits that in case the settlement does not take place for any reason, whatsoever, the petitioner may be permitted to revive the present petition. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed and liberty to revive the present petition is also granted, as aforesaid.
