The present petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of FIR No. 592/2022 dated 28.09.2022 registered at police station Patel Nagar for offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The FIR was registered on a complaint given by Respondent No.2 alleging cruelty at the behest of the petitioners. 3.

who was married to the complainant has been unnecessarily implicated.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that, on instructions of Investigating Officer, the chargesheet is likely to be filed within a period of one month. 5.
He submits that the Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 have been kept in column no.12 and no evidence of any nature has been found against Respondent No.5.

Considering the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file afresh at appropriate stage.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
