O R D E R
% 07.06.2024 CRL.M.A. 18080/2024 (parole for one month on medical grounds) 1.
The present petition / application has been filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 CrPC praying for parole for a period of one month, inter-alia, on the ground that the petitioner requires urgent medical treatment.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suffering from Facial Palsy and is immobile and his left side has also been paralysed.

Notice was issued in the application vide order dated 03.06.2024 with The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
a direction to the Jail Superintendent to file the medical status report. 4.
The medical status report has been handed over in Court, the same is taken on record.

A perusal of the said status report shows that the factum that the petitioner has been suffering from Facial Palsy and other related ailments have been verified. In view of the above, this application deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of 30 days from the date of his release subject to his furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- and one Surety Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, further subject to the following conditions:- a) Petitioner shall provide mobile number to the IO concerned which shall be kept in working condition at all times and he shall not change the mobile number without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer concerned.
b) Petitioner shall not indulge in any criminal activity. 7.
Upon expiry of period of 30 days as stated above, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent. 8.
The application stands disposed of.

Copy of the order be forwarded to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
