The present appeal under Section 415 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed against the Judgement on conviction dated 20.12.2024 and Order on Sentence dated 13.02.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-01, North District, Rohini Courts in SC no. 58499/2016 arising out of FIR no. 816/2014. 2.

Learned counsel for the Appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file a fresh appeal after removing the defects. 3.
