% 25.04.2017 The case received from the Court of the Learned District & Sessions Judge (South-West District) Dwarka Courts vide order dated 10.04.2017 with the observations that territorial jurisdiction of this case does not fall within the jurisdiction of South-West District. From the perusal of the plaint, it revealed that the address of judgement Debtor is of Village at Sultanpur, M. G. Road which comes under the Police Station Mehrauli area which falls within the jurisdiction of South District. Therefore, the case is to be transferred before the Learned District & Session Judge (South District) Saket Court.

Learned counsel for the decree holder has no objection to this effect.

In view of the submission, let the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge (South District), Saket Court.

Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (South District), Saket Court on 15.05.2017.
