The limited prayer sought by the petitioner in the present petition is that the respondent be directed to decide the representation/s of the petitioner dated 10.10.2022 (Annexure P6) addressed to the Additional Secretary & DG, CGHS and dated 04.05.2023 (Annexure P7) addressed to the Special Secretary & DG, CGHS.

Learned counsel for the respondent (Union of India through Additional Secretary, CGHS), while seeking to refute the merits of the said representations, nonetheless submits, after some hearing, that the said representations shall be duly considered and a reasoned order shall be passed thereon by the respondent. Let the same be done as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from today. 3.
