Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed against the Order dated 05.03.2025 of learned JMFC in Complaint Case No. 22728/2024 under Section 138 NI Act. The impugned Order reads as under:- "74 CC NI ACT-22728-2024, 22729-2024 227302024, 22731-2024, 22732-2024, 22733-2024 & 227342024 (7 cases) Syngenta India Pvt Ltd Vs. Gajanan Krushi Bhandar -0 05.03.2025 Proceedings conducted through video conferencing via Cisco Webex App.

Present: Sh Balasubramanian Ramesh, Ld. Counsel for complainant.

Ld counsel for complainant has moved an application for condonation of delay. Let it be taken on record.

There is no adverse order made rather an advance Notice has been given to the Petitioners with liberty to address arguments about the condonation of delay and also whether any cognizance on the Complaint is made out or not.

There is absolutely no incriminating order against the Petitioners. The Petition alongwith pending Application, is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court and make the submissions raised herein.
