The petitioner challenges the order dated 15.05.2025 (hereafter 'the impugned order'), passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-03 ('ASJ'), South, Saket Courts, New Delhi in a revision petition filed by Respondent No. 2, challenging the order dated 13.05.2025, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate ('CJM'), South, Saket Courts, New Delhi directing registration of FIR.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge by impugned order while issuing notice to the petitioner, has listed the matter for consideration on 24.05.2025 and has stayed the order dated 13.05.2025, passed by the learned CJM.

The petitioner is aggrieved that the stay was granted without assigning any reason.

The perusal of the impugned order shows that the learned ASJ has not indicated the prima facie reasons which led to granting stay of the order passed by the learned CJM. However, considering that the matter is listed for consideration on 24.05.2025, this Court does not consider it apposite to interfere with the impugned order at this stage.

The learned ASJ is directed to dispose of the revision petition expeditiously.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. 7.
