This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') seeking quashing of FIR No.0355/2021 registered at Police Station: Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi under Sections 323/341/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC'), primarily on the assertion that though almost 3 years have passed since the registration of the FIR, the investigation into the same has still not been concluded and the petitioners are facing prejudice because of the pendency of the FIR. 3.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate any such legal action as may be permissible and open to the petitioners in accordance with the law, including approaching this Court in form of an appropriate petition.
