After making arguments for some time, counsel for the Petitioners states that he would like to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to urge all the grounds at the time of arguments on the point of charge. 2.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 3.

It is clarified that the Court have not examined the merits of the case and all rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 4.

It is further clarified that the Petitioners shall be at liberty to raise all the grounds raised in the instant petition and all other grounds as available under law before the Trial Court which shall be considered on their own merits, in accordance with law.
