By the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR No. 20/2023 dated 20.03.2023, registered at Police Station Crime (Women) Cell Nanak Pura, for offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that since the matter is now listed before the learned Trial Court at the stage of arguments on charge, he will take all the arguments before the learned Trial Court. He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Pending application(s) also stand disposed of. 4.
