Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of FIR No.303/2020, under Section 420/468/471/120B/34 IPC, P.S.Chandni Mahal on the basis of an out of Court Settlement dated 07.10.2020.

According to the Settlement, the Complainant, Mohd. Yasar had made a Complaint on which the FIR was registered. As per the Settlement, the Complainant had claimed that he had suffered loss of Rs.57,000/- which had been paid on behalf of accused, Paramjeet Kaur. The Settlement was accordingly executed. 3.
Settlement was duly executed between the parties. However, after the Settlement the Complainant and the witness, Mohd. Kasif refused to come to the Court.

are of fake policies having been issued. There are additional offences under Sections 468/471 IPC which have been pleaded and in respect of which chargesheet has been filed.

In the light of the nature of allegations and that the Complainant is not forthcoming for Settlement, there can be no quashing of this FIR.

The Petition is hereby dismissed.
