The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (henceforth referred to as the 'Cr.P.C'.) has been filed seeking quashing of the Order dated 02.09.2019 passed by the learned Trial Court in Cr.Case No. 2356/2019, whereby the Petitioner has been summoned for offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

None has appeared on behalf of the Petitioner today. Similar was the position on 27.03.2023, 28.08.2023, 12.01.2024, 03.05.2024 and 02.09.2024.
