Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 19th November, 2025, the defendants no.2 and 3 appear through video-conferencing. 3.

They have been identified by counsel for the defendants and copies of their AADHAAR Cards have been placed on record. 4.

Both the defendants no.2 and 3 submit that they do not claim any interest in the suit property and have no objection to the Settlement Agreement dated 13th October, 2025.

I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

9.

The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. 10.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
