O R D E R

1.

Settlement Agreement dated 27th January, 2025, has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The present suit has been filed by the plaintiff on account of violation of the statutory common law rights of the plaintiff in its copyrighted cinematographic films, and prior used purple grid trade dress. 3.

The parties were referred to mediation vide order dated 24th October, 2024, where the parties have successfully settled their dispute and a Settlement Agreement dated 27th January, 2025, has been signed between the parties.

Today, learned counsel appearing for the parties confirm the terms of the settlement, and jointly submit that the present suit be decreed, in terms thereof.

to be lawful.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant in terms of the Settlement Agreement between the parties, which shall form part of the decree. 7.

Both the parties are held bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement and shall be bound to abide by the terms and conditions, as set out in the Settlement Agreement.

In view of the fact that the parties have arrived at settlement, the Registry of this Court is directed to issue a certificate of refund of Full Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submits that the refund of Full Court Fees be done through the plaintiff's counsel. 10.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue certificate of refund of Court Fees in favour of the counsel for the plaintiff, i.e., Rahul Chaudhry & Partners.

Decree sheet be drawn up.

The present suit along with the pending applications, accordingly, stands disposed of.
