This appeal has been filed by the appellants, challenging the Order dated 01.04.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, 'Family Court') in GP No. 67/2024, titled Amar Singh v. Rakesh Kumar, granting interim visitation rights to the respondents herein, who are the paternal grandparents of the minor child, aged around 10 years, to meet the child in the child visitation room at the Karkardooma Court Complex on every 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month between 11:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M.

The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the child, who is aged 10 years old, has never met the respondents. We are not impressed with the above submission. 5.
The fact remains that the appellants are the maternal grandparents of the child, while the respondents are the paternal grandparents of the child. The parents of the child have unfortunately passed away, with the mother having left for heavenly abode on 25.02.2024. The child should not be deprived of the love and affection of one set of grandparents. At present, only a small attempt has been made by the learned Family Court in this regard, with which we would not like to interfere.

Accordingly, we do not find any merit in the present appeal. The same is dismissed. The pending application is also disposed of.
