The present Application has been filed under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, seeking clarification and/or modification of the Order dated 04.11.2025 passed by this Court. 2.

On 04.11.2025, this Court set aside the Orders dated 13.05.2025 and 19.05.2025. The Order dated 13.05.2025 consisted of two parts:- (a) a direction to the Appellant to hand over custody of the child to the father on account of default in producing the child; and (b) a direction requiring production of the child in the Child Meeting Room every Monday from 02:00 PM to 05:00 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. This Court set aside the aforesaid order and directed that visitation meetings would take place on every Friday and Saturday. Thereafter, the parties went back before the learned Family Court, however, the learned Family Court noted a lack of clarity regarding the scope of the Order dated 13.05.2025. Consequently, the present application has been filed.

The Order passed by this Court was categoric that the entirety of the Order dated 13.05.2025, including the direction granting visitation on every Monday, stood set aside. It is substituted in full by the visitation arrangement directed by this Court, namely meetings on every Friday and Saturday at Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

In view of the foregoing clarification, the present application shall stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms. ANIL KSHETARPAL, J.
