"(i) Quash the FIR No. 509/2018 dated 27.12.2018under Section 498A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Nangloi, Delhi against the petitioners and all the subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom before hon'ble trial court M M THC. Delhi, in the interest of justice.

(ii) Pass any other and further order as this Hon'ble. Court may deem fit, just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the court of competent jurisdiction. 4.
