Learned ASC for the State has handed over the compliance report in terms of the last order and submits that mobile phone numbers of the beat constables, Ct. Mukul, W/Ct. Monika and the SHO, P.S. Dayalpur have been provided to the petitioner to contact them in case of any emergency and the beat staff has also been briefed to contact the petitioner on frequent intervals.

In view of the above position, no further orders are required to be passed.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
