The present petitions have been filed under Section 438 CrPC seeking grant of anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 50/2021 under Sections 306/34 IPC registered at P.S. Subhash Place. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners in BAIL APPLN. 3748/2021 and in BAIL APPLN. 3755/2021 were granted interim protection on 12.10.2021 subject to their joining investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.

Similarly, the petitioner in BAIL APPLN. 3990/2021 was granted interim protection vide order dated 11.11.2021. 4.
He submits that pursuant to the aforesaid orders the petitioners have joined investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer concerned. The aforesaid position is not disputed by the learned APP for the State, on instructions from the IO, who is present in Court. 5.
On a query posed by the Court, the learned APP for the State, on instructions from the IO who is present in Court, states that the chargesheet has also been filed against the present petitioners and they are no more required for any further investigation.

Having regard to the aforesaid position, it is directed that in the event of petitioners arrest, they may be released on bail subject to their furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each and one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the IO / Arresting Officer and further subject to the condition that they will join investigation as and when directed by the IO.

The petitions stand disposed of.
