The instant criminal revision petition under Sections 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the revisionist for the following reliefs:

"a. set aside the Impugned Order Dated 22-03-2023 passed by the court of Shri Ankur Jain, Ld. Judge, Family Courts, District North-East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, In M.T.

No.1184/2018 titled as Shri Rakesh Kumar Versus Smt. Ramesho Devi & Others.

b. Any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem, fit, just and proper may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners, in the interest of justice."
