This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties arising out of a Maintenance Agreement dated 15.10.2008. 2.

The Arbitral Tribunal was appointed by an order of this Court dated 11.02.2022 in ARB.P. 1133/2021. The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal has come to an end on 10.02.2024. 3.

I am informed that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of final arguments.
