This is a petition seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 1 year from 29.10.2024. 2.
Issue notice. Mr. Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 3.
It is stated that the parties have concluded their arguments and it will take some time for the Arbitral Tribunal to make and publish the award.

I am satisfied that a sufficient cause has been shown. 5.
For the said reasons, a period of 6 months is granted to the Arbitral Tribunal from 29.10.2024 to make and publish the award. 6.
The petition is allowed.
