Petition under Section 29A has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by sufficient time to adjudicate the disputes and pass the Award. 4.
It is submitted that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator had expired on 28.02.2024. The arguments are being concluded and the learned Sole Arbitrator has reserved the matter for pronouncement. 5.
Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the extension of the mandate.
