With respect to ownership and possession, learned counsel for decree holder has handed over across the board the original letter of Oberoi Garden Premises Co-op. Society Ltd. The same is perused and as per which Shalimar Paints Limited is in the ownership and Possession of the property bearing no. C/5098 to C/5110 at 5th Floor, Wing-C, Oberoi Garden Premises Co-op. Society Ltd., Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai-40072. Original title deeds of property bearing no. C/5098 to C/5110 at 5th Floor, Wing-C, Oberoi Garden Premises Co-op. Society Ltd., Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai-40072 are handed over across the Board. Registry is directed to keep the same in safe custody till further orders.

The Deputy Registrar concerned is directed to send a communication to the concerned Sub-Registrar and SDM through physical mode as well through electronic mode that the aforesaid property bearing no. C/5098 to C/5110 at 5th Floor, Wing-C, Oberoi Garden Premises Co-op. Society Ltd., Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai-40072 furnished as security in this case and necessary entry be made in their records and to obtain a compliance report to the said effect forthwith.

Registry is directed to release the remaining amount to the decree holder in terms of order dated 22.10.2024 of the Hon'ble Court.
