Heard learned counsel for the parties on the application. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the controversy stands resolved between the parties by way of settlement agreement dated 21.12.2024 and the same has been placed on record, annexed as document A-1 with the present application. 3.

On perusal of the settlement agreement, the Court finds that the same has been voluntarily entered between the parties and has been duly signed by their authorized representatives.

In view of the aforesaid, the instant application stands allowed. Needless to state that the parties shall be bound by the terms of the aforementioned settlement agreement dated 21.12.2024. 5.

The present application stands disposed of.
