% 26.02.2018 Respondent no. 2 Ms. Achla is present in Court and has been identified by SI Devendra of police station Dabri. Respondent no. 2 submits that her husband has already died. Petitioners are relatives of her husband. Respondent no. 2 further submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners before the Mediation Centre, Dwarka, New Delhi on 24th May, 2014 of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and she has no objection in case FIR is quashed against the petitioners.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and

respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.504/2013 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station Dabri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
