% 29.04.2026 Matter is taken up through physical hearing as well as video conferencing. In terms of last order dated 23.02.2026, affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner.

The valuation report with respect to property no. 32/52, Punjabli Bagh West, New Delhi is on record filed by Tehsildar, Punjabi Bagh dated 22.08.2025.

The concerned SDM, Sector-67, Gurgaon, Haryana has been served on 24.03.2026. However, no valuation report has been filed by the SDM. Similarly, the concerned SDM in respect of Karol Bagh also stand served on 25.03.2026 but again no valuation report has been filed by the SDM. Whereas notice sent to SDM Sector MIE Bahadurgarh Haryana is awaited. At request of Ld. counsel for petitioner, let the SDMs Gurgaon, Karol Bagh and Bahadurgarh be again summoned through District Magistrate concerned on filing of PF as well as by all permissible modes with direction to them to file the valuation report. It is made clear that in case despite service the valuation report are not filed by the concerned SDM, the necessary coercive action shall be taken against them as per law.
