TR.P.(C.) 87/2025 By way of the present transfer petition filed under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the petitioner seeks transfer of HMA Petition No.936/2025 titled "Vicky Gupta vs. Neha Gupta" pending before the court of learned Judge, Family Court, North-West District, Rohini Courts, New Delhi to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, South District, Saket Court, New Delhi.

Learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent on advance copy; accepts notice; and submits that they have no objection to the prayer being allowed, subject only to the caveat that the respondent has not accepted/admitted any allegation made in the transfer petition.
