The limited grievance canvassed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner's appeal against the eviction order dated 15.04.2025 passed by District Magistrate (West), GNCT of Delhi, Raja Garden, Delhi in complaint filed by respondent no.3 under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and Rules thereunder, has not been taken up by the appellate authority. Consequently, it is apprehended the petitioner may be evicted from the property even prior to consideration of the matter by the appellate authority. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that the appellate authority shall take up the petitioner's request seeking interim orders at the earliest.

Consider the aforesaid, this Court deems it appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the appellate authority. No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition ; the same is accordingly disposed of. 4.
