% 06.02.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent to process its application for grant of recognition for B.A. B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed. course for the academic session 2018-19.

Today, Ms.Arora submits that the matter has been considered by the respondent and in view of the fact that the judgment dated 23.02.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.3231/2016 titled Rambha College of Education vs. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr., has attained finality, they have no objection to process the application of the petitioner, subject to fulfilling of other criteria.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present petition any further.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. Needless to say that the application of the petitioner would be processed for the academic year 2018-2019 and the respondents would pass an appropriate order before the cut off date for grant of recognition i.e. 3rd March, 2018.
