Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the records available before us in this writ petition.

Learned counsel representing the R-3/STF has, on instructions, stated that STF has already registered the complaint in respect of subject property mentioned in the writ petition and appropriate directions also have been issued to MCD. She has further stated that MCD has initiated action in the matter.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the authority/authorities concerned to take the process initiated by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the STF to its logical end, with expedition, say within a period of two months from today.
