Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Having regard to the nature of grievances raised in this petition, we find it appropriate to permit the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority of the DDA by way of making an application/representation and further in case, if any such representation is made the same shall be considered and decided by the DDA.

Accordingly, we permit the petitioner to make such a representation/application taking all the pleas for redressal of his grievances to the appropriate authority of the DDA within a fortnight from today. any such representation is made, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law and appropriate action which may be warranted, if any, may also be taken by the DDA.

The decision on the representation to be preferred by the petitioner shall be taken within a period of two weeks from the date of its receipt and action, if warranted, shall also be taken within six weeks therefrom. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
