This is an execution petition seeking execution of the judgment dated 01.06.2022 passed in CS (COMM) 4/2020 for a sum of Rs. 5 lakhs. 2.

The judgment-debtor Nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have offered to settle the matter. The judgment-debtor Nos. 2 and 3 have paid a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- in full and final settlement of all the claims arising out of the present execution petition which has been accepted by the decreeholder in full and final settlement of the decree. The amount has been paid in Court today and hence the judgment and decree dated 01.06.2022 stands satisfied and the decree-holder has no remaining claim against any of the judgment-debtors whatsoever.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
