Learned counsel representing the Delhi Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as 'DDA') has stated on the basis of the instructions in respect of the subject matter of alleged illegal-unlawful structure/construction/encroachment upon the DDA land comprising of Kh.No.201/2 situated in the Revenue Estate of Village Mohammad Pur Munirka, Delhi that appropriate steps are being taken at the end of the DDA. 3.

He has further stated that DDA has entered into correspondence with the Religious Committee and the matter is accordingly being looked into. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the Religious Committee of the Home Department of the State Government to take a decision on the correspondence made by the DDA at The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
